Please provide the information requested below to the Portage County Prosecutor’s Office to receive discovery electronically.
eDiscovery is the exclusive method by which the Prosecutor’s Office complies with Crim.R. 16 and other discovery requirements.
Email the information to lheiney@portageco.com at the Portage County Prosecutor’s Office. Once this form has been processed by the Prosecutor’s Office, a secure account will be established, and an email sent to you from Docksushare, our software provider, to set up your username and password.
If you do not receive a confirmation email or have trouble logging into your account, please contact the help desk at help@pinetech.com.

NOTICE
eDiscovery from the Portage County Prosecutor’s Office is intended to be exclusively for defendants and/or defendants’ legal counsel. Any information obtained from the website is obtained on a right to know and need to know basis. Some of the discovery may be marked “Counsel Only” pursuant to Crim.R.16(C). The information received by the user is to be used for the purposes of performing official duties only in accordance with the laws and rules dealing with discovery.
In regard to criminal history information, the website user agrees to comply with the polices of the Ohio Law Enforcement Automated Data System (“LEADS”) enacted pursuant to RC 5503.10. Dissemination beyond defense counsel or defense counsel’s agents or employees may constitute a violation of 28CFR Part 20, RC 29133.04 (C), Chapter 4501:2-10 Ohio Administrative Code and/or Crim.R.16 (C).
In regard to medical information, user is notified that the user is required to follow the regulations, policies and procedures according to HIPPA laws. Website users are responsible for the proper use of any information received from the website.
